At Janefur, every fur product is handmade and made-to-order based on your selected size, style, and customization. We take pride in our craftsmanship and work closely with you before shipment to ensure your expectations are met.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the bespoke and handcrafted nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an item has been shipped, unless it is officially confirmed as lost by the shipping provider.

We understand that situations may arise. Therefore, we allow change or cancellation requests before the item is shipped. Please contact us via email or WhatsApp to discuss any changes. If your order is still in the early production stage and reversible, we will try our best to accommodate your request.

Pre-shipment Confirmation

Before dispatch, we will confirm all order details with you, including:

  • Product style and customization
  • Size and color
  • Shipping address

This ensures that your order is accurate and avoids potential disputes.

Refunds Will Not Be Issued If:

  • The item is returned without prior approval or to an incorrect address
  • The order is rejected due to personal preferences after production
  • The product has been delivered correctly and has no quality issues
  • The customer fails to complete customs clearance, refuses delivery, or does not communicate with the courier due to personal reasons

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it may take several business days depending on your bank or credit card provider. If you haven't received your refund after confirmation, please contact us at Joy@janefur.com.
