For new customers, we can start from very flexible quantities. In many cases, we accept as low as one piece per color for testing and photo shooting, and then scale up based on your sales. Exact MOQ depends on the style and material, so please contact us with your list.

Yes. You can mix sizes and different styles in one order. We only require that each confirmed style follows the agreed MOQ and production conditions.

Yes. We can add your brand labels and hangtags, customize packaging, and develop new patterns based on your tech pack or reference samples. This works well for online brands, wholesalers and boutiques that need unique designs.

Sample production usually takes about 2–10 days after all details are confirmed, depending on the style and workmanship. We will confirm the exact sample lead time when we quote for your specific styles.

Bulk lead time mainly depends on the order quantity and complexity. As a reference, for around 5,000 pieces, the production time is approximately one month. For smaller or more complex orders, we will provide a detailed schedule before you confirm the order.

We ship worldwide. Our main markets are Europe and the USA, and we also have customers in the Middle East and South America. We can arrange air or sea shipment through our partners or work with your nominated forwarder.

We can provide standard shipping and customs documents required for import and cooperate with your customs broker to complete clearance. If you share your local requirements in advance, our team will prepare the necessary paperwork together with you.

Yes. Custom colors and special fur or fabric combinations are available. Minimum order and lead time for custom work will be higher than stock options, and we will quote case by case according to your ideas.

We carry out inspections during each key production step and a final inspection before packing. You are also welcome to appoint a third‑party inspection company if needed.

For long‑term partners with stable purchasing plans, we can discuss design or territory exclusivity individually. This is usually based on yearly quantity targets and specific markets.
