2. Material Selection
Choose fur type, wool/cashmere grade, trims. Confirm availability.
3. Pattern & Proto Sample
Pattern development and first proto sample production.
4. Fit Feedback & Revised Sample
Your feedback → adjustments → revised sample. Typically 1–2 rounds.
5. Approval
Final approval. Ready for PP sample and bulk production.

Wool / Cashmere: Brushed double-faced, 100% wool, wool-cashmere blends. Weight ranges and specs available on request.
We provide material cards and samples during the quoting stage. Discuss your project and we'll suggest options that fit your target price and market.
Sampling Policy
- Sample fees: Paid upfront. Where applicable, sample fees may be credited against your first bulk order. Discuss with us for details.
- Revision rounds: 1–2 rounds typically included. Additional rounds quoted separately.
- Sample ownership & confidentiality: Samples remain your property. We maintain strict NDA and do not reuse or share your designs.
From Sample to Bulk
Once your sample is approved:
- PP sample — pre-production sample for final confirmation
- Size set — graded samples if required
- Production confirmation — bulk order, payment, and timeline
- QC checkpoints — inline and pre-shipment inspection. View our QC process.
